Minari Shabu Kalguksu is a Korean-style shabu-shabu that combines a rich, deep gochujang-based broth with fresh minari. Each bite offers an umami-packed flavor and a unique texture. After enjoying the main dish, we add hand-cut noodles and finish with fried rice made with the remaining broth—our special touch.

Enjoying Shabu-Shabu
Once the broth starts boiling, add beef, minari, mushrooms, and other fresh vegetables, and lightly cook them in the shabu-shabu style.

Add Kalguksu Noodles
After enjoying the shabu-shabu, add the hand-cut Kalguksu noodles to the remaining broth and cook them. Enjoy the noodles along with the broth.

Fried Rice or Porridge to Finish
At the end, add rice and seasoning to the remaining broth to make fried rice or porridge and enjoy the deep, rich flavors to the last bite.
