    A rich and deep broth made with gochujang or doenjang, fresh minari, mushrooms, and vegetables, served with chewy hand-cut Kalguksu noodles.

  2. Fried Rice or Minari Vegetable Porridge
    After enjoying the shabu-shabu, mix the remaining broth with seaweed and sesame oil to make fried rice or porridge.
